Tactical mode on console

Please add Tactical mode on console. It's present in the PC version, and it makes chaotic firefights much more manageable. Why is this completely missing from the console version? (only tried the Xbox one)

Do you mean the mode where you hold the Right Bumper and it slows time? Works on Xbox for me.

It is present on console when you press R1/RB, could you please let us know if you were after something different?
