Controlling the range of throwable objects
It just seems odd that there is a set range for dynamite and else. I think it breaks the imersion. Why would I not be able to decide if I throw something 2 or 4 meters. It also makes it nearly impossible to use throwables mid fight. If I hit an enemy it's mostly out of luck or they walk right into it. And it's even more odd that there is no indicator for throwing lamps or other worldobjects.
